At The Coed, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for clarity on timelines, charges, and tracking.
Required
For damage claims, we require clear photos of the product along with an unboxing video.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking ID once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Timeline
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro & remote areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery times may vary based on factors like location, courier capacity, and weather disruptions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to orders below ₹999.
Additional charges may apply for express or bulk shipping (visible at checkout).
4. Delivery Partners
We ship through trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely delivery across India.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your package anytime using this link.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may be charged additionally.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding globally soon.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at 📧 thecoed.india@gmail.com. We’ll resolve it on priority.
